Fabbri Vegan Base g 25
Sugar g 360
Icing sugar g 80
Fabbri Vanilla Super Delipaste g 5


Heat the water, sugar and Vegan Base at 55-60 °C in the microwave. Pour into the mixer and whip. Pour in the icing sugar and mix from the bottom up. Form the meringues on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 100 °C for at least 120 minutes, according to the shape.
