Ricotta cheese & Pear

Pour the Simplé Ricotta cheese base into one pitcher and add milk. Mix together carefully and  leave to stand for 10 minutes. Cook until creamy and interchange layer of ice cream with layer of Pear Marbling with pear pieces.
