Ricotta mousse with herbs and lemon

300 ml cream
200 g fresh ricotta
Lemon zest
Chives
30 g Gourmet Mousse


In a bowl or planetary mixer, whip the ricotta cheese, cream and Gourmet Mousse, and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Then garnish with chopped chives and lemon zest.
